No Refunds After Purchase of Materials: If paint or supplies have already been purchased for your project, no refund will be issued. This is due to the non-returnable nature of custom-ordered or opened materials.

Full Refund Prior to Purchase of Material: If no paint or supplies have been purchased for the project at the time of cancellation, clients will receive a 100% refund of any payments made.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
